Dr. Max Pekarev is the best there is!! He recently operated on our 2 year old son at Cook Children’s Hospital for a mole removal. Not only was he was so thorough with every possible strategy he might possibly have to take, but he was ALWAYS available for all of my mama anxiety ridden questions!! Day of surgery, we were kept informed during the entire procedure which was so quick and left the hospital feeling so grateful to have had our son in such amazing hands. We are so happy with the results. His recovery. And Dr. Max’s extreme expertise and bedside manner.
Even better, his staff is all knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and funny! They make you feel like family and treat you with such respect with every visit. For such a busy clinic, all the staff maintained their professionalism and smiles the entire time. Even my two year old enjoys his visits to their office where he is treated like a rockstar! There is no other office we will ever trust to operate on our family!! 10/10 recommend!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Max and his staff. My first surgery with Dr. Max was after I was attacked in the face by a golden retriever dog that ripped my bottom lip off. It was on an early Saturday morning that I was rushed to an ER to find out Dr. Max was one of the top specialists to work on lips and cheeks and he was on call. He did facial reconstruction and really took care of me.

Throughout my cancer treatment journey, twice being diagnosed with breast cancer, undergoing three surgeries, Dr. Flugstad was a rock. He is an excellent surgeon, he carefully thought out his approach and execution of my difficult reconstruction. My outcome was better than I had hoped.
He is truly a compassionate person and doctor who cares about his patients. His staff is welcoming and couldn’t be nicer.
For my last two surgeries I have traveled two hours each way to continue my care with Dr. Flugstad, sometimes multiple times a week. I would never have considered changing surgeons. He’s the best.

Dr. Max is the best !! My daughter is only 13 and was in an accident that crushed her hand and fingers and he was AMAZING with her before, during, and after surgery, plus all her appointments he has been so positive and encouraging too!! The staff in his office are so sweet too !!

Dr. Flugstad is an artist and was able to match the reconstruction of a new breast to my existing breast after having a mastectomy to remove a cancerous tumor. He created a breast that matches my real breast so amazingly that you can’t tell which breast is the original!

Dr. Max Pekarev and the staff are truly angels on earth! I was in a serious accident and broke most of my facial bones on one side of my face. I was truly lucky that Dr. Max takes ER cases! He restored my face and 5 months later you would never know anything had occurred. Which is an incredible testament to his phenomenal skill. In addition to his talent, he is kind, caring, and has a great sense of humor! Additionally, he has a fabulous and supportive staff and Mary is a miracle worker with insurance.

Dr. Flugstad repaired my breast reconstruction, due to a double mastectomy, from breast cancer. (My original plastic surgeon didn’t do the best job.) My 5 year old daughter says to me….”Mommy, you have real boobs again!” If that doesn’t sum up my experience, nothing will. I am thankful to Dr. Flugstad and his staff for making me feel whole again!!

You can’t find a better experience than MP Plastic surgery. Dr. Pekarev and his staff are warm and welcoming, making your time in the office much more comfortable and enjoyable. My reconstructive surgery went extremely well, and I am thrilled with the results I’ve seen so far. Dr. Pekarev always answered my questions in-depth, and clarified any concerns I had. That allowed me to only worry about recovering, and not anything unnecessary. Overall I was totally impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Max put my husband’s hand back together after a motorcycle accident in 2017. I can’t say enough good things about him and his entire staff. They took what was a very traumatic experience and made it as easy as possible for us to deal with. They assisted us with health insurance, FMLA paperwork and were always available for treatment questions.

Hands down THE BEST doctor I have EVER worked with! He has taken such EXCELLENT care of my daughter! She broke her finger in a car door accident and he has been so GREAT with her and she has taken to him so kindly! He cares, is empathetic, and is always available for any question or concern I have! I was first impressed with how great the women at the front desk were. His entire staff is so professional and genuinely warm and friendly. I am always greeted by my first name and a big smile. As a breast cancer survivor, this has been a difficult journey for me. And, out of all the doctor visits I’ve had all over King County, Dr. Flugstad and his team have been the most respectful, qualified, and “human” with me. I am very pleased with my results. The scars are very thin and hardly noticeable. I am so happy to have found this amazing talent to “put me back together again”.

Dr. Rivet is an amazing surgeon with an impeccable bedside manner. He makes sure you know exactly what your surgery and recovery intel and is very detail oriented when sculpting your body to meet your expectations. Dr. Rivet is nothing short of outstanding as a person, surgeon and in general.
Dr. Rivets staff are just as wonderful as he is and they make sure that all the things that would seem awakened are made to feel like normal everyday things (pre-op pictures, drawings, implant size picking etc) you will never feel anything less than in good hands the entire time using this facility. The staff genuinely cares answering every question or email or phone call swiftly and happily.
